Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Joan worked in corporate and private industry prior to entering the real estate profession full time in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Because of her strong desire to return to California and a visit to the Palm Springs area, she moved back in 1988. Falling in love with the easy going, casual desert lifestyle and its natural beauty she has helped many clients make this same choice. As a full-time Broker Associate and Realtor in the greater Palm Springs area Joan has consistently been recognized as one of the top 1-2% of agents within the Coachella Valley for her sales and marketing efforts.
With a heart for her clients and their specific real estate needs, Joan has continued to exceed client expectations, both on a professional and person level. She finds great satisfaction in helping people through one of the most emotional and often anxiety filled times that surround a purchase or sale of one of their biggest assets. Meet Mary Ames
As a befitting member of Joan MacPherson’s team, Mary Ames has been a steadfast advocate for client’s needs and wants, always keeping the client’s needs first. Mary has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 beginning in Ventura County where she grew up.
Realizing she needed a change of scenery, she decided that the greater Palm Springs area was best for her and quickly fell in love with it. After shifting her life to the desert, she continued with her passion for helping those achieve the American Dream and joined Joan MacPherson and her team of real estate professionals. |
